Istanbul Sapphire is the 17th tallest building in Europe, after The Shard in London Bridge. It stands out as the best place to view Istanbul from above. The building has a total of 66 floors and a height of 261 meters. Constructed as both a shopping mall and a residence, it is located on Buyukdere Street in Çeliktepe. The observation deck on the top floor offers a different panorama of Istanbul with its thrilling height. To reach the Sapphire Observation Deck via the elevator, which travels at a speed of 20 km/h, a small fee is required. For those who want to fully enjoy the view, there is also a café on the deck.
